Warranties and Guarantees

Accidents do happen. Whatever the fate of your print, whether your dog eats it, whether it swims with the fishes in an enormous flood, or whether aliens blast a hole through it with a laser gun, you're covered. We'll sell you a replacement at our cost (printing, shipping, etc.), with no questions asked, provided you can send us any recognizable piece of it, along with the certificate of authenticity and payment. This is a one-time courtesy, so the second time your dog eats your print, we'll probably, we recommend obedience school. Before you send us any print to replace, please contact us to make arrangements

Because we use only the most advanced printing technologies, with pigment-based inks and archival materials, we are confident that our prints should last a lifetime if properly cared for. We are therefore happy to offer you a generous no-fade guarantee. Very simply, if we frame your print and it ever fades or color shifts by more than 5%, we will replace it free of charge, so long as the artist is still alive. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund the original price of the print. Simply remove the print from the frame, and send it to us, along with the certificate of authenticity. We will ship you another signed print, with certificate of authenticity. If we do not frame the print we sell you, then the above warranty will apply for a period of 10 years, or the lifetime of the artist, whichever is less.

Please note that it's possible to fade any print with sufficient abuse. If you hang your print in the direct sunlight, under the skylight in your sauna, the elements will eventually get the best of it. We will of course still honor our warranty. However, please be advised that the replacement print will have no warranty, so you will need to take better care of it. If you hang it in a normal indoor environment, out of direct sunlight, it should last a century or more, before any fading is evident.
